NZ Experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant (Property Law) - Full Time This role will primarily focus on providing a high level of admin support to a busy legal executive and lawyer. It is crucial that you have New Zealand experience as a legal assistant or secretary to hit the ground running. You would be required to provide a wide range of administrative duties, including opening files, drafting and sending terms of engagement letters, gathering AML information, diary dates, arranging meetings, preparing documents, drafting bills, archiving files, filing deeds, and answering telephone calls. The ability to draft Wills would be a bonus.
