(NZ) Accountant or CPA-Part Time-RecruitmentWe are a New Zealand recruitment and VA Global recruitment agency.At present, we are seeking an experienced Virtual Accountant or CPA to join our team and support our directors with the financial operation.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Accounts Payable: Create and manage bills using Xero or MYOBEnd-to-End Accounts Receivable: Draft and send invoices and credit notes using Xero or MYOBBank Reconciliations: Perform accurate bank reconciliations using Xero or MYOBCredit Card Reconciliations: Perform accurate reconciliation for company credit cardWeekly Financial Margin Reporting: Weekly reporting on financial analysis of each countryPayroll: Checking accurate timetracker adherence and correct invoicing suppliedMonth-End Financial Reports: Help in the preparation and review of month-end financial reportsProcessing Financial Information: Manage and process financial data accuratelyEOY Reporting: Prepare and finalize end-of-year financial reportsMonthly Tax/GST: Reporting & preparation for NZ Government for paymentUSA Accounting: All financial accounting and set up for USA arm of the business using XeroRequirementsCPA or Experienced Accountant: Specialization in Cost, Financial, Tax accounting, etc.Knowledge of New Zealand &/or Accounting: Familiarity with New Zealand &/or accounting standards and practicesIndustry Experience: Experience in a recruitment agency or HR consultancy is advantageous but not mandatoryPayroll Experience: Would be advantageousIf you're an experienced accountant looking to work remotely with a supportive and innovative team, we'd love to hear from you.
