Beca is one of Asia Pacific's largest independent advisory, design and engineering consultancies with more than 4000 amazing people. Our purpose is to make everyday better for our communities. Each year, Beca employs up to 200 graduates and 90 summer interns across Australia and New Zealand. You'll get ongoing support from experienced mentors, development opportunities, support towards professional memberships as well as a yearly graduate conference and access to an established and active graduate social community.

What will I get involved in as a graduate?
Thought leadership: We've got over 2,500 technical gurus so you'll get the chance to be mentored and work alongside some of the best in the business.
Multidisciplinary: You'll have exposure to a multi-tiered support network consisting of a large range of disciplines over several market sectors including land development, water, defence, education, healthcare, transportation and power.
Professional Development: With on the job learning and a diverse range of projects we'll ensure you can gain the experience needed to further your development. We have a programme to becoming a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, and multiple career path options for team management, project management and business development if that is your goal. We want you to own your career.
We utilize the latest surveying gear and are always looking to invest in our people and equipment to support the next disruption of the surveying industry.
