What You'll Do As a VSA Volunteer, you'll immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of the Solomon Islands, aiding the NRH Nursing Director and nursing education staff to develop systems and procedures for the professional development of nurses.
You will support the NRH to review its current processes for professional development work and develop a plan for nurses working in the different wards.
You will ensure that development plans are contextual and can be implemented with minimal resources.
