What we offer: $110k - $130k Annual salary (based on experience)Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per weekFixed term, Full-time work (Rotating roster that may include occasional weekends and night shifts)Great company cultureYour duties will include, but are not limited to: Supervise nursing staff: scheduling, training, and evaluations.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and aged care standards.Implement nursing policies and collaborate to enhance resident care.The ideal candidate will have: Registered Nurse (RN) license with BSN required, MSN preferred.5+ years of nursing experience in NZ, 2+ in a leadership role, preferably in Aged Care.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and aged care standards.Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Lowie Recruitment can offer you not just a job, but a career.
