Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Supervise nursing staff: scheduling, training, and evaluations Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and aged care standards Implement nursing policies and collaborate to enhance resident care Oversee and ensure effective execution of resident care plans Maintain accurate records and foster a supportive work environment The ideal candidate will ideally have: Registered Nurse (RN) license with BSN required; MSN preferred 5+ years of nursing experience in NZ, 2+ in a leadership role, preferably in aged care Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and aged care standards Proficient in EMR systems with excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment Lowie Recruitment can offer you not just a job, but a career.
