Nursing Manager - Aged Care Facility

What we offer:

$110k - $130k Annual salary (based on experience)
Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week
Fixed term, Full-time work (Rotating roster that may include occasional weekends and night shifts)

Our consultants go above and beyond to be fair, lead you to success, care for your well-being and prioritise your safety.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Supervise nursing staff: scheduling, training, and evaluations.
Ensure Compliance with healthcare regulations and aged care standards
Implement nursing policies and collaborate to enhance resident care

The ideal candidate will ideally have:

Registered Nurse (RN) license with BSN required, MSN preferred
5+ years of nursing experience in NZ, 2+ in a leadership role, preferably in Aged Care
Strong Knowledge of healthcare regulations and aged care standards
Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment
