The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and committed senior-level Registered Nurse with hands-on leadership experience to be part of our busy team. This role works closely with other disciplines in the clinic, as well as with the Clinic Manager and our Nursing Director. This is a full-time (40 hrs /week) position with some flexibility which may also include working remotely on occasion. This is a varied and busy role - the Nurse Team Leader is hands-on in the day-to-day work required of the team. Time away from the floor to undertake all that is required to lead a successful team is carved out with the assistance of the Clinic Manager. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, working to provide excellent patient-centred care for individuals and couples undertaking all aspects of fertility treatment. It is preferable that applicants have prior fertility experience or alternatively, a keen interest in women's health.
