Our Nurse Team Lead plays an essential role in the advancement and development of our nursing team within general practice.

This is a permanent full time position working 40 hour per week over 5 days from Monday to Friday.
The Nurse Lead leads the nursing team, which includes Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Assistants, to provide safe, high quality, efficient and effective nursing service to our practice population.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursing team, collaboration with the centre leadership, development and implementation of new and existing models of care and the recruitment of your team.
You will also undertake a clinical component that may include the training and development of staff along with your own self learning and clinical advancement.
