Lead a small team of RN's in a dynamic clinic in Auckland central. Enjoy flexible weekday hours consisting of a mix of on and off-floor duties.
This role is NOT suitable for CAP Graduates or Internationally Qualified Nurses as the company needs someone who understands the NZ health system in depth and can train others. About the role No Weekends Full Time - 40 Hours Flexible Hours between 8 am - 5.30 pm Acting as Lead RN, your week will consist of two days a week of off-floor duties, and three days per week of on-floor registered nursing duties. You will act as the lead and direct report to three wonderful full time RN's, managing key duties such as roster planning and coordination and maintaining the dynamic flow of patient care.
