This diverse city is renowned for excellent surf beaches, world-class chardonnay, an active arts scene and a fantastic climate!The Nurse Practitioner is expected to be well versed in all aspects of the provision of patient care. You will need to be able to work autonomously and part of your role will be to conduct physical assessments, diagnose, and treat common conditions, provide screenings, and prescribe medications to our patients. Providing one-on-one advice to patients means that you will need to be friendly, compassionate, and pro-active in the management of conditions.Alongside us, you will have the chance to bring your prior knowledge, skills, and experience to care for our patient database, which includes a diverse range of patients in all age brackets. You will receive GP collegial support, work with skilled experienced nurses and administration team, and be supported by our Medical Centre Manager.This is a Permanent Full-Time position rostered between 24 to 32 hours per week across Monday to Friday. There are minimal After Hours requirements, as the whole region participates in a Cooperative After Hours Service.Green Cross Health is one of New Zealand's leading primary health care organisations.
