This role will:
Assess, diagnose, treat and care plan for Tangata whai ora who have a mental illness,Provide consultancy, clinical leadership, and skilled advanced nursing practice,Actively work on strengthening partnerships/alliances with internal and external stakeholders,Develop alternative models of careProvide initial assessments for new referrals to the service.Demonstrate advanced nursing leadership and mentorship,Collaborate with other Te Whatu Ora Health Services and NGOsDeliver on the objectives of the national health strategyContribute to the research agenda within the mental health serviceTo be successful in this role, you will work autonomously but also in conjunction with an integrated and multi-disciplinary team and deliver quality evidence-based care to your own caseload.
