Champions continuous quality improvement methodology.Health and Safety -Contributes to the development of protocols and policies, raising awareness of Health and Safety. Works collaboratively with the Quality Coordinator.Skills, Experience and Knowledge include:A minimum of five years recent clinical experience in General Practice nursing at Expert level on the Senior Clinical Career Pathway - Primary Care/Endorsed PrescriberSkills and ability to deliver education and training sessions and to coach and mentor nursing staff effectively.Teamwork – Operates well within a multidisciplinary environment and acts as a consultant for Primary Care and Management.Excellent ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally/externally with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.Demonstrates a commitment to cultural awareness and best practice Nursing.Hours of work: As rostered – details to be confirmed.How to apply:To apply click the APPLY button and attach a CV and brief cover letter.
