Nurse Practitioner

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation, who provides integrated health, wellbeing, and social services across the Tamaki Makaurau area. They are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has NZ experience.There are roles across both Mangere and Panmure clinics. This is a full-time permanent position and the hours will include rostered shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday shift. Part-time hours may also be considered.You will be joining a fantastic team, who share the same common passion for their community. Your team will feel like family.The role:Providing in-home visiting optionsAttending local community events to encourage engagement, and liaising with local marae and iwi to ensure support is always there for Whanau who need it the mostAlways enhancing your clinical knowledge with the guidance of GPs, Nurse Leads, and Directors of NursingTo be successful in this role:Experience supporting Nurse Prescribers during prescribing practicums and able to conduct thorough health assessments for patientsExperience working alongside whanau with a multicultural backgroundRegistered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand as a Nurse PractitionerCompetent in areas of nursing in either primary and/or community careExcellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily with people from all walks of lifeFull Driver's LicenceIf the above sounds like what you've been looking for, please apply now to find out more!
