About you:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

Be a force for equity, reducing inequalities for Pacific communities.
Enable access to health and social services.
Empower Pacific families with knowledge and resources to take greater control over their health and wellbeing.
Actively communicate The Fono's vision, model of care, and specific messages internally and externally.
Build effective relationships with whanau, other Fono services, and external agencies.
Comply with health and safety guidelines in the workplace.

Specific Responsibilities:

Provide advanced clinical expertise to enhance patient treatment and care planning.
Complete all required reports thoroughly and on time.
