Nurse Practitioner

The company and opportunity:  Our client is a not-for-profit organisation, who provides integrated health, wellbeing, and social services across the Tamaki Makaurau area. They are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has NZ experience. There are roles across both Mangere and Panmure clinics. This is full-time permanent position and the hours will include rostered shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday shift. Part-time hours may also be considered.  You will be joining a fantastic team, who share the same common passion for their community. Your team will feel like family.  The role: Providing in home visiting options Attend local community events to encourage engagement, and liaise with local marae and iwi to ensure support is always there for Whanau who need it the most Always enhancing your clinical knowledge with the guidance of GPs, Nurse Leads, and Directors of Nursing To be successful in this role: Experience supporting Nurse Prescribers during prescribing practicums and able to conduct thorough health assessments for patients Have experience working alongside whanau with a multicultural background Be registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand as a Nurse Practitioner Competent in areas of nursing in either primary and/or community care Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily with people from all walks of life Full Driver's Licence If the above sounds like what you've been looking for, please apply now to find out more!
