Nurse Practitioner - Adult Community Services We are Looking for Nurse Practitioner to join our Adult Community Services Team!!! Promote health, prevent diseases, diagnose, assess and manage people's health needs. Senior Nursing Role (Permanent, Full-Time) Work in partnership with individuals, families, whanau and communities across a wide range of settings. Provide nursing leadership, quality initiatives and contribute to service and directorate development. Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity We have a full-time permanent position (40 hours/week) available for a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner. In this role the Nurse Practitioner will practise both independently and in collaboration with other health care professionals to promote health, prevent disease and to diagnose, assess and manage health needs. The Nurse Practitioner intern will provide a wide range of assessments and treatments interventions, including differential diagnoses, ordering, conducting and interpreting diagnostic and laboratory tests, and administering therapies for the management of actual or potential health needs. The Nurse Practitioner will work in partnership with individuals, families, whanau and communities across a wide range of settings. As a Nurse Practitioner you will also provide nursing leadership, quality initiatives and contribute to service and directorate development.
