We are seeking a talented Nurse Manager to lead our fully-staffed 43-bed facility, providing exceptional support within a combined rest home, hospital, and dementia care setting.
Position: Nurse Manager (Hybrid Role of Facility Manager and Clinical Manager)
Salary: $110K to $120K
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role: As the Nurse Manager, you will seamlessly integrate the responsibilities of both Facility Manager and Clinical Manager. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, and leading a dedicated team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the operational and clinical aspects of the facility.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Lead, mentor, and support staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
Oversee budgeting, staffing, and facility management.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as both a Clinical Manager and Facility Manager
Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively
