THE LODGE Care Facility is a small 31 bed Family owned and operated facility.we are an expanding organisation who is planning to build a state of Art Care facility in the very near future a cut above the rest boasting extra large units, separate lounges and bedrooms all with lavish furnishing, not to mention outdoors with 4hectares of expansive grounds and out door areas, BBQ areas for residents families and staff to use, walkways through garden areas, orchards and native bush.We cater for a wide range of very interesting clients needing Resthome and Hospital Care.Our Nurse Manager is retiring leaving a vacancy for a new leader to join us.We are looking for a dedicated experienced Nurse Manager who is passionate about leading our team, this person must have proven experience in New Zealand.KEY RESPONSIBILITIE:Responsible for smooth day to day operations of our facility and ensuring our exceptional standards of clinical care are maintained. At our last audit in February 2024 we achieved 4years.Hiring new staff, leading, mentoring, and supporting all staff to deliver exceptional resident care.overseeing budgeting, staffing, and facility management.ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
