Nurse Educator Paediatric Neuroservices Ward 26A Senior Nursing role - permanent, 0.8FTE New Zealand's premier children's hospital Great opportunity for professional growth We have a 0.8 FTE part time, permanent position available for a highly motivated nurse to work as a Nurse Educator.
The Nurse Educator provides and facilitates education programs that are underpinned with evidence, patient safety and have a strong patient and family / whanau focus. The role is responsible for the strategic management of workforce development and contributes to Starship Child Health education development and delivery.
The Nurse Educator will join the friendly and supportive multidisciplinary Ward 26A team. Paediatric Neuroservices provides care and treatment to whanau under the neurology, neurosurgery, endocrine, metabolic and rehab teams. The ward is a fast-paced and diverse area with an IOA for tamariki requiring a higher level of ward care.
