You will support and coordinate both these programs making a difference to the quality of care and safe staffing.

The Releasing time to care and Care capacity Demand management team, is a team of nurse coordinators led by the deputy chief nurse holding the portfolio of CCDM|RTC | and innovation in practice. As a member of the CCDM /RTC team, this role has shared accountability for implementing sustaining and evaluating the CCDM and RRTC programs of work in alignment with the strategic intent of the Office of Nursing and Midwifery.
Required skills & experience you will need to be consider for this role:
Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
A knowledge of Trendcare and the CCDM principles
A knowledge of RTC
Able to build and maintain good relationships across the district
Whakamana – Give and earn respect
Whakaronga – Listen to me; Talk to me
Whakapakari – Growing the good
