The Nurse Coordinator- New Entry to Practice (NetP) leads the growth of our New Graduate nursing workforce in Te Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty. This role will suit a senior RN with a passion and commitment to the nursing workforce and experience working collaboratively with other nursing leaders.
As a Designated Senior Nurse role, this will enable and support health system transformation to achieve the aims of Te Pae Tata (Interim New Zealand Health Plan) and Te Toi Ahorangi. You will have experience supporting the growth and development of nurses with a focus on consolidation of practice in the New Graduates' first year. You will be a role model for NETP RNs with dedication to nursing practice standards and goals while providing advocacy and support to this essential workforce group.
