We are excited to announce a newly created position for a Nuclear Medicine and PET Team Lead across our SRG and Astra teams, offering a unique opportunity to step into a management role and make a significant impact on our team and patients.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the nuclear medicine/PET team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.Oversee the scheduling and coordination of nuclear medicine and PET procedures.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care and workflow.Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.Maintain and troubleshoot nuclear medicine equipment.Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.Stay current with advancements in nuclear medicine technology and practices.Qualifications: Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology.Certification by the MRTB in Nuclear Medicine Scope.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in nuclear medicine.Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine and PET procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Experienced leaders or those looking to take their first leadership opportunity are both encouraged to apply.What We Offer: Unique Leadership opportunity in Nuclear Medicine and PET in New Zealand, in a growing team and business.Leadership training and development of your management skills in a supportive team environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.5 weeks Annual Leave.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education including annual CPD allowance.The chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes.How to Apply:
