About the Role: The Northland Male Academy Manager will play a vital leadership role within Northland Rugby. This position calls for a forward-thinking and strategic leader to guide the direction and operations of the Northland Academy.
As Academy Manager, you will oversee talent identification and player development across the Northland region. In close collaboration with the NPC Head Coach, you will help ensure effective succession planning by identifying, connecting, and recruiting promising players into the Academy.
A crucial aspect of this role is guiding the personal and professional growth of players, emphasizing life skills and education in parallel with their rugby development. You will collaborate closely with the Player Development Manager to deliver a holistic welfare program that supports the well-being of all Academy members.
Requirements: Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. Additionally, all successful candidates will be required to undergo police vetting. Please note that any offer of employment will be conditional upon the satisfactory outcome of the police vetting process.
