The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to step into the role of Chef de Partie ! Ideally, you will have 2 years of experience in a comparable role, a level 4 or equivalent cookery qualification, the ability to work well under pressure, the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests! You need to be familiar with Italian cuisine and be able to run a busy section.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
The operation of your appointed kitchen section
Quality execution of all food offerings
Contributing to the overall customer experience
Assisting in the execution of stock management including, ordering, recepting, storing, rotation, portion control, and wastage
Meeting and exceeding Savor standards of quality and consistency
Adhering to health and safety, food control plan, and company policies
Guiding junior staff members
Adhering to tasks as requested by the Head Chef and senior team members
