The NOC Transport team plays a key role in maintaining a highly available network for Spark and its clients. Working alongside various technical teams in a dynamic and technically challenging environment, you will be at the centre of restoration activities while continuing to learn and can advance in a variety of directions.

Get in touch if: You can work as part of a team in a 24/7 Shift Roster, sharing responsibility for Network Monitoring and maintaining Work/Life balance. You can show technical / process literacy and Real world, hands on experience in Transport technologies - Recognised relevant professional industry qualifications and/or proven practical experience in Optical transmission equipment You have at least 2 years experience in a NOC environment, service performance or assurance disciplines You have a keen eye for detail You can produce a high standard of work in a very fast paced environment. You are calm in a crisis and able to communicate effectively with business and technical communities. You are accomplished multi-tasker, able to juggle daily system admin tasks with the high priority responses to anything outside normal operating parameters.
