About you: To be considered for this role, you need to have a proven record of leadership within a manufacturing-based environment, managing a production centre and driving teams to achieve targets.
Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring the health and safety of the team.Managing the Nightshift timber processing team to meet production deliverables and KPI's.Driving quality and continuous improvement.Ensuring the required consumables are available, equipment is well maintained, and downtime is minimised.You will need to have: The ability to drive health, safety, and quality initiatives.Proven experience working in a production management or supervisory role.Excellent people management skills with demonstrable ability to train, mentor, and motivate others.The ability to engage effectively with team members from a range of backgrounds and cultures.Good computer literacy, particularly Excel.Experience in Lean Manufacturing including continuous improvement, 5S, and waste minimisation (preferred).In return, we can offer a competitive remuneration package, fantastic work culture, ongoing training and development, and career progression opportunities.
