Position: Nightshift Manager
Location: Dunedin
Hours: 6:30pm – 4:00am
What You'll Do: Oversee and coordinate all nightshift operations to ensure a seamless and efficient service.Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Ensure quality control.Implement and enforce health and safety as well as food safety initiativesResolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a management role within the foodservice industry.Strong leadership and team-building skills, someone who leads from the frontExcellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.Ability to work independently and make decisions.Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.Why Join Us?
