About the role

Position: Nightshift Logistics Coordinator
Location: Neilson Street, Onehunga
Status: Full-Time 1 Year fixed term
Hours: Monday to Friday Between 4:00pm to 2:00am, additional hours may be required as agreed by both parties.
This position is a nightshift only position with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week required (Hours required for this position are 50 hours per week).
Duties:
Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot whilst maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Processing trucks in and out of the yard using our own in-house booking system
Reconciling booking spreadsheets
Directing and instructing truck driver movements in the yard
Assisting with internal and external enquiries
Communicating yard movements with ground staff via RT
