Be a strong people leader and have the ability to motivate a team.Have strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with team members.Be organised and be able to prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed on time.Hold a General Managers certificate and forklift licence - preferred but not essential.ResponsibilitiesAs a dedicated night owl you will be working outside our normal trading hours to get the job done. Ensuring the shelves are stocked and looking great for our customers who will be shopping the next day.Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the store and stockrooms.Keeping your team striving and motivated to achieve great results within tight time frames.Championing health and safety practices.Working HoursThe hours and days for this Supervisor - Nightfill position are:
Sunday 1730-0300, Monday 1730-0300, Tuesday 1730-0300, Wednesday 2100-0300.
