Night Porter As a Night Porter, you'll be the friendly, reliable face of the hotel for our guests after hours, handling guest arrivals and ensuring smooth transitions throughout their stay. Shift: Permanent night shifts, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am, on a rotating rosterCompensation: Competitive hourly rate plus night shift allowanceKey Responsibilities:Welcome and assist guests with a warm and engaging customer service approachManage valet parking, assist with luggage, and coordinate guest requests as neededPerform regular security checks and report any safety concerns to maintain a secure environmentSupport the Front Office team in maintaining a clean, organized lobby areaProvide guests with information on hotel services and local attractionsNight Auditor As a Night Auditor, you'll play a vital role in the financial and operational aspects of our night team, handling the nightly accounting processes and supporting our commitment to service excellence.
