About the role: Ideally based in Wellington Central, Willis Wellington Hotel is looking for an experienced Night Porter or Night Manager to cover for the night team on the weekends.
You will be responsible for assisting late check-in guests, attending to after-hour guest requests, and other tasks for the night shift.
Your key responsibilities include: Ensure an efficient and professional reception experience for guests during night shifts Assist with some reception duties, including answering phone calls and emails, and resolving guest requests and complaints.
Ensure the cleanliness of the Hotel's public areas Set up the Restaurant for breakfast service Ensure that the Front Office Manager/Duty Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments Demonstrate and maintain high level of customer service Follow company brand standards Requirements and Skills: The ability to work night shifts, generally from 11.00pm to 7.30am, on Saturday and Sunday.
