This full-time permanent role (32 hours per week) is based at Novotel Christchurch Airport.
Responsibilities | Nga haepapa Providing a warm and welcoming environment within our hotel where everyone feels at home. Assisting with valet parking and luggage. Supporting the Night Manager with guest requests/tasks and overnight checks to be completed. Resolve any guest issues promptly and successfully ensuring follow-up and excellent communication at all times. Hotel security floor checks. Providing local information on Christchurch and the surrounding area. Help guests with booking activities, restaurants, and travel options. Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in all common areas, both inside and outside the hotel. Fix minor technical issues, like changing bulbs and remote control batteries. Comply with health and safety regulations and follow emergency evacuation procedures. Requirements About you | Ko koe tenei Must be available to work overnight. Confident and motivated with a strong guest service orientation. Professional personal presentation and a great work ethic. Exceptional attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable in approach and a team player. Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. Full New Zealand Drivers License. Right to Work in NZ.
