There is a variety of front desk and accounting duties for this night role. You will work closely with a small team to ensure our late arriving guests and early check-outs are looked after and have the best possible experience staying with us. This role will require you to work across all three properties, and you will also have a Night Auditor reporting to you on shift.
You will have superb communication and customer service skills to ensure exceptional guest service. You will have previously worked in a front office leadership position with experience running the night shift, preferably.
