Some of our many benefits on offer include: $31.61 per hour Minimum of 30 hours per week Professional development funding Discounted hotel stays across Australia, Fiji, New Zealand Subsidised private health cover* Responsibilities: Overnight operations of the front desk Provide customer service for guest arrivals, departures and phone enquiries Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure Public area cleaning and after hour owner requests Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk Conducting daily hotel audit including balance of revenue and payments from all hotel outlets Reception duties including check-in, check-out. Maintaining hotel security and safety What You'll Bring At least 3 years relevant work experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or a relevant qualification or above of the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF) Fluency in English (written and verbal) Genuine passion for customer service Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and school holiday period Where Memories Start with You Hospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
