Responsibilities
To actively contribute to the global company vision to put the world on vacation by taking responsibility for all after-hour operations for Resort and Reception, including security patrols, public area cleaning, front office tasks, and after-hour owner requests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overnight operations of the front desk
Provide customer service for guest arrivals, departures, and phone inquiries
Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure
Public area cleaning and after-hour owner requests
Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk
Conduct daily hotel audit including balance of revenue and payments from all hotel outlets
Reception duties including check-in, check-out
Maintaining hotel security and safety
What You'll Bring
At least 3 years relevant work experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or a relevant qualification or above of the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF)
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Genuine passion for customer service
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings, and school holiday periods
