We are a highly collaborative team, who are passionate about hospitality and are proud of where we work.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:To be the Manager on Duty, responsible for all hotel operations during overnight shift hours, with a focus on Front Office operations, night audit, guest and hotel safety/security ensuring a professional and high quality service at all times.Review, audit and reconcile daily sales transactions by the Front Office and all outlets, balancing all cash tills. Report any discrepancies to Department Managers.Ensure an efficient check-in and check-out service during nights. Co-ordinate luggage and arrange transport for guests.Maintain up to date and accurate guest profiles, including all contact information. Update guest classification settings and company details.Address and solve guest issues or concerns. Communicate problems to management and advise steps taken to resolve.Conduct regular walkthrough rounds to observe activity throughout the entire hotel.KEY REQUIREMENTS:Excellent customer service and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.Team player with a positive attitude and outgoing friendly personality. Reliable and flexible to change.Strong written and oral communication skills.Experience in direct sales, or a similar sales administration role.In-depth knowledge of hotel PMS, reservation processes, and systems.Experience/competent in cloud-based sales tools and mobile technology.Understanding of the Accounts Receivable process.The rostered shifts will mainly be Saturday - Tuesday, with three days off per week.
