If you are people and customer-focused and have relevant experience, this could be the position for you!Reporting to the Grocery Manager, the Night Fill Manager will be responsible for running the Grocery team during the night to ensure that the shop is full and has products on the shelf for our customers.
The Night Fill Manager is a critical role in the successful operation of our business and is ideally suited to someone who is strong at leading teams and can complete tasks on time to an exceptionally high standard.Successful applicants will demonstrate:Experience working in the Supermarket Grocery industry in a supervisory or leadership position.A strong people focus; ability to work well with others, persuade and influence, and collaborate with leadership to achieve desired outcomes.A customer focus; ability to quickly and effectively assess what is required and make good decisions to achieve positive outcomes for both individual interactions and overall impressions.A co-operative spirit; ability to adhere to the store's culture and values.Reliability and flexibility.Adherence to Health and Safety practices.Ability to work independently as well as part of the wider team.Excellent time management skills: ability to complete tasks on time and have the store looking impeccable for the following day's trade.Forklift license preferred or the ability to complete the course.This is a full-time role, 45 hours a week with midnight finishes and will include one weekend shift.
