Reporting to the Grocery Manager; Night Fill manager will be responsible for running the Grocery team during the nights to ensure that the shop is full and have product on shelf for our customers! Night Fill Manager is a critical role to the successful operation of our business. Ideally suited to someone who is strong at leading teams and can complete tasks on time to an exceptionally high standard.
Successful applicants will demonstrate: Experience working in the Supermarket Grocery industry in a supervisory or leadership position.A strong people focus; work well with others, persuade and influence, be able to work with others in leadership positions to achieve the desired outcomes.A customer focus, be able to quickly and effectively assess what is required and make good decisions to achieve positive outcomes for both individual interactions and overall impression.A co-operative spirit; be able to adhere to the store's culture and values.Reliability & Flexibility.Health and Safety practices are being adhered to.Be able to work independently as well as part of the wider team.Excellent time management skills: being able to complete tasks on time and have the store looking impeccable for the following days trade.Forklift license preferred or the ability to go through the course.This is a full-time role, 45 hours a week with midnight finishes and will include one weekend shift. The exact hours and days will be discussed with the successful applicant.
