We are looking for a Night Manager to join our team.
Experience in customer service and hotel financial reporting & audit is essential.
This role holds the responsibility of assisting in the efficient running of hotel operations during the night shift.Key tasks include:In the absence of Executive Management, oversee and coordinate operational activities of all departments, ensuring health & safety measures are implemented & monitored, and record incidents/accidents.Identify, analyze, and resolve problems unsupervised that may arise within the operation of the hotel.Check and reconcile the day's business transactions for each outlet.Carry out hotel financial and operational audit procedures in line with company policy.Anticipate and attend to guest requests and/or comments promptly and effectively communicate and log feedback.Successful applicants will:Be customer-focusedBe able to work as part of a teamBe focused on attention to detailBe able to work unsupervisedBe able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesBe familiar with all aspects of the Front Office Computer systemHave a can-do attitudeBe well presentedA minimum of 40 hours work will be available each week from 10.30pm, and pay rates will commence at $29.66 per hour to a maximum of $31.19 per hour subject to satisfactory performance.
