Help them to feel special, and we will do the same for you.Job DescriptionJoin our five star luxury property, located in the heart of beautiful Queenstown, and assist in the operations of the Front Office Team.We are currently looking for a professional, motivated individual who has a passion for customer service to join our team as Night Cleaner on a part-time basis (2 nights per week).Responsibilities include:Provide quality service to the guest by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.Ensure smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, maintaining maximum guest satisfaction.Responsibly ensure the safety and security of the property.Maintain the cleanliness of the Public Areas and carry out regular cleaning duties.QualificationsYou will harness your luxury attitude, with humble excellence, a distinguished presence, and elevated emotional intelligence.
