Qualifications & experience A passion for travel, in-depth knowledge of New ZealandOutstanding customer serviceExperience within the New Zealand tourism industry preferred but not essentialHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent computer skillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal) Tasks & responsibilities Designing itineraries, providing quotes, booking of accommodation/ transfers/ toursProviding the highest level of service to our overseas wholesalersLiaising with suppliers Providing excellent customer service to clients during their holidays This vacancy is open to NZ residents or valid work visa holders only (minimum 2 years)
