The Role:
We're looking for a New Home Sales Representative to help clients through the process of purchasing new builds. Key responsibilities include:
Client Engagement: Meet with potential buyers, understand their needs, and recommend home designs that are a good fit.
Lead Management: Generate, follow up, and convert leads into sales.
Sales Process: Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry through to signed contracts.
Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery for clients.
About You:
2–4 years of experience in home sales, real estate, or a related field.
Proven sales success with a strong record of closing deals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and close sales effectively.
Knowledge of home design and construction processes (advantageous).
A proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.
What's on Offer:
Base Salary: $50K–$60K + uncapped commission.
Bonuses: $6K per sale on company-owned land; $10K per sale on non-company-owned land.
Location: Rotorua-based role with opportunities across South Waikato, Taupo, and Rotorua.
