The Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion. You'll build relationships with clients, guide them through the process, and offer creative design solutions. This is a great opportunity to grow a six-figure income while working in a dynamic, commission-only environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell houses and build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and developers.
Develop House and Land Packages with the Estimator and Director.
Represent Trident Homes at events, including Home Shows and Expos.
Manage CRM systems to keep sales and client data current.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Proactive and goal-driven , with a passion for the home-building industry.
Skilled at building rapport with clients and offering tailored solutions.
Passionate about increasing the happiness of those around you .
Strong communication, organization, and sales skills.
Skills & Experience:
Sales experience, ideally in home-building or real estate.
Strong knowledge of the residential building process.
Proficiency with CRM systems and design software (e.g., Chief Architect).
Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
