New Homes Sales Consultant

Key responsibilities:
Continually develop and convert new leads and enquiries into sales.
Build relationships with Clients, Estate Agents and Developers.
Work with Clients to develop a design brief and end to end sales processes.
Instigate House and Land Package opportunities and develop packages in conjunction with the Estimator.

Be willing to go the extra mile for their clients.
Be confident and well spoken.
Skills and experience:
Must have previous Sales Experience.
Be familiar with the building industry.
Must be available to work weekends and after hours.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and including listening skills.
A driver's license and reliable car.
High computer skills and ability to work to established systems and procedures.
