About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in expanding our local sales presence and representing the Stonewood Homes brand across the Nelson/Marlborough regions. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales inquiries, converting them into strong customer relationships and successful contracts.Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire building process.Work with clients to develop design briefs and guide them through the sales process from start to finish.Identify and create House and Land Package opportunities in collaboration with the Director.Continuously seek new business prospects and build long-term, trust-based relationships.Be part of the team roster to work at our Show Home.What We're Looking For: A passion for building relationships and converting them into sales.Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive client experience.Proven experience in sales and business development.Outstanding communication and networking skills to increase your profile within the industry.A desire to exceed sales targets and maximize earning potential.Experience in design and build sales is highly desirable.What's in it for You?
