New Home Sales Consultant - Residential Home Builder x1 Marsden Park x1 Lochinvar / Chisholm What's On Offer Work for a national home builder Be mentored by a Sales Manager who has been in the industry for almost 20 years! 1% comms on all sales Overview Of The Company / Role Head office based Parramatta National home builder established for almost 40 years, working across 5 states with over 100 display centres nationwide Family owned and operated with Sydney employing 23 staff Will complete 150 homes this year with a business plan and strategy in place to hit 200 next year They pride themselves in offering uncompromised quality and exceptional customer service The Sales Manager has a solid track record spanning almost 20 years across Development & Construction Looking to hire two new Sales Consultant; one based at their Marsden Park Display and one at Lochinvar / Chisholm The ideal person is someone with past experience in home sales, a passion for working with clients, someone who is adaptable to the market and can demonstrate a good sales record The role requires a good level of autonomy, a Consultant who is proactive and who puts themselves out there to build relationships with developers KPIs are 2-3 sales per month Average contract value $500k Salary is $65k plus super + 1% commission Based on 2 sales per month, you can expect an OTE of $200k Key Responsibilities Administration Run the sales suite/display centre and attend the office on agreed days and at agreed times. Guide buyers through the sales process, explain any restrictions and sign up purchasers on Contract of Sale. Promote the key features of our projects & houses to potential purchasers. Collect information from purchasers and potential purchasers. Attend sales meetings as required. Maintain an up-to-date sales database in accordance with Company policy and directives. Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to maintain an up-to-date knowledge which can assist the sales process and the development of marketing strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential customers. Maintain a strong customer focus. Participate as required as part of the sales team. Marketing Implement and support strategic marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager. Drive continual brand enhancement in all internal and external communication activities. Develop, implement & support all advertising campaigns to ensure the highest outcome is achieved at all times. Reports Report directly to the General Manager NSW. Prepare monthly reports. Prepare strategic direction plans. Quality Control Ensure the highest standard in the preparation of the customer's documents. Ensure "best practice" is developed. Customer care and Presentation Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. Ensure all clients' needs are addressed and responded to in the expected timeframes. Monitor and provide valued feedback on customer demands for the continual improvement of Company's product, business processes and service requirements. Workflow Develop and implement procedures and systems for the establishment and continual improvement and efficient processing of work in to and through the business. Personnel Build, develop and retain a highly motivated and competent team. Ensure the safety and well-being of all people who work at or visit Company sites. Be aware of all Company policies, practices and procedures and actively participate in the ongoing development of these important areas of the business. Training Develop and implement ongoing training programs for all staff to aid their continual development. Participate in general training and development programs within Company. Offer one-on-one personal assistance to all staff who require further development. Networking Perpetuate a positive level of networking with all key industry contacts. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including government, land developers, prospects and customers, suppliers and local communities. Position Company as a market leader within the industry. Represent the Company as required with key stakeholders. Requirements To Apply Good communication skills both verbal and written. Strongly motivated by challenge. Dynamic self-starter. Leadership skills. Able to analyze and solve problems. Relationship and network builder. Construction Industry knowledge and experience. Tertiary Qualification in building & construction, business management or similar. Sound financial experience. Able to work as part of a team. Able to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
