New Home Sales Consultant - Residential Home BuilderLocations:Marsden ParkLochinvar / ChisholmWhat's On OfferWork for a national home builderBe mentored by a Sales Manager who has been in the industry for almost 20 years!1% commission on all salesOverview Of The Company / RoleHead office based in ParramattaNational home builder established for almost 40 years, working across 5 states with over 100 display centres nationwideFamily owned and operated with 23 staff in SydneyWill complete 150 homes this year with a business plan and strategy in place to hit 200 next yearThey pride themselves on offering uncompromised quality and exceptional customer serviceThe Sales Manager has a solid track record spanning almost 20 years across Development & ConstructionLooking to hire two new Sales Consultants; one based at their Marsden Park Display and one at Lochinvar / ChisholmThe ideal candidate has past experience in home sales, a passion for working with clients, adaptability to the market, and a proven sales recordThe role requires a good level of autonomy, a proactive Consultant who builds relationships with developersKPIs are 2-3 sales per monthAverage contract value is $500kSalary is $65k plus super + 1% commissionBased on 2 sales per month, you can expect an OTE of $200kKey ResponsibilitiesAdministrationRun the sales suite/display centre and attend the office on agreed days and timesGuide buyers through the sales process, explain any restrictions, and sign up purchasers on Contract of SalePromote the key features of our projects & houses to potential purchasersCollect information from purchasers and potential purchasersAttend sales meetings as requiredMaintain an up-to-date sales database in accordance with Company policy and directivesMonitor market conditions and competitor activity to assist in the sales process and development of marketing strategiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal customersMaintain a strong customer focusParticipate as required as part of the sales teamMarketingImplement and support strategic marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Group Marketing ManagerDrive continual brand enhancement in all internal and external communication activitiesDevelop and implement advertising campaigns to ensure the highest outcome is achievedReportsReport directly to the General Manager NSWPrepare monthly reportsPrepare strategic direction plansQuality ControlEnsure the highest standard in the preparation of customer documentsEnsure "best practice" is developedCustomer Care and PresentationEnsure the highest level of customer service is provided at all timesAddress and respond to all clients' needs in the expected timeframesMonitor and provide feedback on customer demands for continual improvementWorkflowDevelop and implement procedures and systems for efficient processing of workPersonnelBuild, develop, and retain a highly motivated and competent teamEnsure the safety and well-being of all people who work at or visit Company sitesParticipate in the ongoing development and enhancement of Company policies, practices, and proceduresTrainingDevelop and implement ongoing training programs for all staffParticipate in general training and development programs within CompanyOffer one-on-one personal assistance to all staff who require further developmentNetworkingBuild and maintain positive networking with key industry contactsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholdersPosition Company as a market leader within the industryRepresent the Company with key stakeholders as requiredRequirements To ApplyGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrongly motivated by challengeDynamic self-starterLeadership skillsAble to analyze and solve problemsRelationship and network builderConstruction Industry knowledge and experienceTertiary Qualification in building & construction, business management, or similarSound financial experienceAble to work as part of a teamAble to work under pressureProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointHow To ApplyTo send in an application, please hit 'Apply' and attach your resume.
