New Home Consultant

Jennian Homes is seeking an experienced and energetic New Home Consultant who is passionate about new home building in the Manawatu – Whanganui region.
Our New Home Consultants must be able to develop a real connection with our clients, identify their needs and deliver creative solutions. Jennian Homes is all about delivering the home that our customers have always wanted and we're looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team to maximise the value and strength of the Jennian Homes brand promise.
Applicants will ideally have a successful sales background, high attention to detail and sound knowledge of the residential building process.
Supported by a great team, excellent processes and systems and a dynamic brand, you will enjoy working somewhat autonomously and be highly self-motivated. Based in Palmerston North, this role covers the entire Manawatu – Whanganui region including Horowhenua, Rangitikei and Tararua districts. The ability to work flexible hours and some weekends is essential.
This role offers a base retainer and a commission structure, so your earning potential is largely uncapped.
