TDG Environmental offers a safe, empowering, and inclusive work environment that is as diverse as the communities in which we operate.About The RoleAn exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated New Business Manager to take ownership and drive all new business and revenue generating activities throughout NZ. Reporting to the GM NZ, this role will be responsible for all company revenue, as well as leading and managing the sales teams. You will expand on the Company's presence across all operations, branches and revenue streams. This includes leading sales and client relationship management (CRM), tracking new markets and emerging trends, and recommending new products and services. You will develop new strategic partnerships, lead major/minor tender opportunities and guide long-term objectives and strategies to meet business needs and requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business strategy to continue growth within our target market.Qualify opportunities for further pursuit and plan, lead and execute bidding strategy for tenders.Engage with clients and partners to market TDG as a preferred supplier for any qualified opportunities.Ensure tenders, quotes, proposals have the appropriate win themes, technical offering, resourcing, pricing, risk management and commercial acumen to maximise the chance of winning, whilst also delivering a satisfactory commercial outcome in the subsequent contract.Lead, direct and support the operation of the sales teams, including Account Managers and Sales Co-ordinators to meet Branch and company revenue targets.Lead your team in the commercialisation of new service offerings and service lines including marketing, sales, pricing and revenue generation.Identify acquisitions targets and undertake technical and market due diligence of nominated targets.Manage annual budget expenditures as identified and agreed for business development activities.About YouYou will have a true business focus, proven track record of organic growth, connected within our industry, and be someone who can build their own success.
